SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a MilSuite Capability Lead to join our team in Aberdeen, MD . In this role, you will play an key part in delivering information management solutions to our government customer.

Essential Job Duties

• Team leadership skills are required to lead a team of social media and Web 2.0 developers and KM experts for large-scale implementation across DoD.

• Must be able to gather user requirements, translate them to technical tasks and coordinate a technical solution to meet the user requirements with a solid understanding of authentication and access management, while having the strategic vision to lay out a way ahead for the DoD’s use of social business solutions both business and tactical.

• Must be experienced in technical writing and documentation and be able to articulate in communicating both orally and in writing with the ability to present to Flag Officers, General Officers, and members of the Senior Executive Service.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or Information Systems, or Engineering, or Business, or related scientific or technical discipline

• Expert in Open-Source technology and social business solutions, crowd-sourcing and professional networking in the Army and DoD

• Expert knowledge of Army and DoD social media policies, trends and constraints is a must

• Experience with agile, sprint, scrum software development methodologies

• The candidate must have expert knowledge in MediaWiki, WordPress, JIVE Social Business Software (SBS) and other social media and content management systems

• Must be intimately knowledgeable of MS SharePoint/SPO, SAP Business Objects, ASP.NET and C#.NET, HTML, JavaScript, XSLT and CSS, Jquery, Microsoft Visual Studio, Structure Query Language (SQL)/Server Management Studio, Transact-SQL programming; creating stored procedures and views, Object oriented analysis, design and programming

• Significant experience and knowledge in software and systems analysis, design, project lifecycle methodology, system integration, implementation, and deployment

• Active Secret clearance.

Work Environment

• Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

• Working on-site on a military facility in Aberdeen, MD.

• Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable).
