Inside sales / customer service

Allentown manufacturing company is seeking to fill an opening for an inside sales / customer service contact.  Position requires prior direct customer contact experience providing technical information, product support, and quotation to customers and sales agents.  This is a full-time position (will consider part-time applicants) and includes a competitive salary, 401(K) and paid company benefits -- healthcare and vacations.

Duties include:

Customer support to agents and customers regarding products and their application

Quotations

Order processing

To be considered, applicant must have the following experience and skills:

Good phone and written communication skills to work with customers and agents.

Experience with excel (or similar spread sheet) and word programs.

At least two years prior experience in a customer service/sales position involving commercial or business to business sales.

Prior experience with technical products preferred, especially electrical or electronic products.

Prior experience reading construction blue prints preferred

Minimum education experience is a high school degree.  Assoc or similar degree in electronics preferred.
