Salary:                   $186,386/year to $217,470/year+ bonus + equity + benefits.

 

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Duties:

 

Collaborate with marketing, analytics, UXR, and product teams to understand competitive landscape, consumer needs and behaviors, define target audiences, improve product market fit, and unearth future-forward market opportunities to achieve business objectives. Translate data insights into actions and recommendations, including storytelling ability to weave together narrative from multiple sources of data (primary, secondary, etc.). Influence decision-making and product planning through highly effective communication with all levels of stakeholders, including leadership. Develop and ensure cross-functional alignment on research roadmaps and learning plans.

 

Requirements:

 

Master's degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or in a marketing-related occupation.  Experience must include 6 months of experience in each of the following: 1. Developing strategic market and customer insights using mixed-methodology research and data analysis from various sources for marketing, sales and product teams across global and regional teams; 2. Building out actionable insights for implementation pertaining to customer opportunity valuation, characterization and customer behavior predictions; 3. Preparing roadmaps and visualization (dashboarding design based on stakeholder requirements) to increase insights adoption and product development research for data models focused on customer behavior and characterization; 4. Analytical survey and data analysis tools: SPSS, MarketSight, Advanced Excel, Tableau, Qualtrics, Microsoft Office, SQL, SPSS Modeler, Sawtooth Software, QuestionPro, and eMarketer; 5. Statistical and research skills: cluster analysis, regression, factor analysis, correlations, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and time series analysis; 6. UX research; 7. Pricing research; 8. Marketing communications and social media marketing; 9. Project management.
