Robert Half is partnering with boutique Boca Raton, FL law firm that is seeking an intellectual property attorney with 2+ years experience to handle entertainment, intellectual property law, and civil and commercial litigation matters. This attorney will be responsible for handling litigation matters and negotiating trademark and copyright licenses and assignments, film and television production agreements. Requirements

• 2+ years of litigation attorney experience. Attorney who wants to learn and handle transactional work: copyright, intellectual property, entertainment and trademark.

• Member of the Florida Bar

• 1900 billable hours

• Stellar academic credentials and references

• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skill
