On a typical day you will

•Manage payroll account reconciliation process; assign, review & approve analysts work.

•Reconcile monthly payroll general ledger & bank accounts & record manual journal entries for assigned accounts.

•Research and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner.

•Prepare payroll entries (hourly, Salary & out of sequence)

•Manage unclaimed property reporting process according to company & regulatory guidelines.

•Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process.

•Perform & document SOX walkthroughs & controls testing in accordance with Company's SOX framework

Reports to : Global Audits & Payroll Accounting Director, Azhar Malik

What You Will Need to be Successful

•Requires experience in general accounting and account reconciliations functions.

•Experience with SOX controls testing/Auditing.

•Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills

•Proven analytical and trouble-shooting skills, identify solutions to resolve simple to complex problem.

•Builds knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers within the organization.
