Description:

The largest employer in the state of Mass. It's a health system that consists of 14 different site hospitals. They're in the process of slowly standardizing their pharmacies across all sites. Some sites are on Willow, some CPM, some still utilize paper. In addition to this, the enterprise as a whole is also implementing Workday.

They're looking for a Willow Inventory Analyst who has extensive Willow experience to help with this Workday project. They were recently alerted that people are going to have problems with their billing for inventory management so are looking for expertise from someone who is well rounded in Willow. There are a lot of moving pieces to this project. It's not as simple as changing a file for Willow since they currently have Willow, CPM, Workflow, and paper spreadsheets. When they get to Workday, there will only be ONE way that they can do the GL work so they need someone to help streamline everything. Need someone who can provide recommendations to help move people from current systems and processes to whatever new system they need to go with Workday.

They are already live on Willow Ambulatory, Willow Inpatient, Willow Inventory (for some hospital sites). So they are looking for this individual to help evaluate their live Inventory apps. Evaluate the rules that are in place today - how is built? what is it doing? What are some recommendations to change it? and what are the options to change it? Overall they need to get an understanding on what they can do with inventory.
