Role Overview

As the Head of B2B e-Commerce , you’ll play a pivotal leadership role in shaping our ambitious roadmap and strategic direction for Sanofi’s B2B e-commerce platform. Your expertise will span sales, marketing, technology, and management, allowing you to create a superior brand and shopping experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

B2B e-Commerce Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that positions Sanofi’s Cross-Business Units B2B e-commerce as the best-in-class platform in the North American space.

  • Drive innovation, customer-centricity, and revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

e -Commerce Sales and Utilization

  • Lead efforts to boost sales, conversion rates, and platform utilization by customers.

  • Optimize user experience functionality to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue.

e -Commerce Operations

  • Oversee the management and continuous enhancement of our e-commerce platform.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver short and long-term tactics that elevate the end-to-end customer experience.

  • Propose, review, and maintain key performance metrics to measure success.

  • Champion consistent site testing plans in partnership with our Digital and internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure the security and compliance of our e-commerce platform, safeguarding company and customer data.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree or MBA Preferred : Your advanced education equips you with strategic thinking and business acumen.

  • Big 5 Tech Firm Leadership Experience : You’ve thrived in a significant leadership role within one of the Big 5 US tech giants.

  • Experience in E-Commerce Leadership and/or Digital Strategy : Your track record demonstrates your ability to drive growth and profitability.

  • Operational Excellence : You’ve executed successful UX/UI improvements, driven digital sales, and harnessed customer insights.

  • Leadership and Team Management Skills : You inspire and mentor your team to achieve greatness.

  • Analytical and Data-Driven : You make decisions based on insights and data.

  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills : You engage with leadership and stakeholders at all levels.

  • E-Commerce Trends and Technologies : You stay ahead of the curve, keeping us at the forefront of industry advancements.
