The Position

Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusively:

  • Learn about Master Data Control Team (MDC Team) processes to be able to help support day to day activities

  • Supports MDC Team and ensures that global processes are followed.

  • Resolve and escalate Master Data Management process and data issues.

  • Perform regular Data Standardization and Synchronization audits

  • Participates in cross-functional business process improvement activities as required.

  • Define project scope, assess impact, determine implementation approach, determine schedule, budget, resource needs working with various global stakeholders.

  • Effective communicator, who is flexible and adaptable to work with global teams in adjusting to different time zones and cultures, in a dynamic and evolving environment.

  • Manage multiple projects in parallel, with regular monitoring, reporting while delivering on time and within budget.

  • Lead team to resolve all program/project issues and constraints, effectively communicate, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts working closely with team and leadership.

  • Actively manage scope and change aligning to business priorities, identify risks and issues, prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously and proactively

  • Demonstrate high adaptability and flexibility to take responsibility to support new projects that have priority

  • Lead business requirements, solution design & delivery, testing and training for key business initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Excellent organizational, planning, verbal, written and numerical skills with the ability to analyze and define solutions and manage multiple tasks to meet strict deadline

  • Strong communicator with effective presentation skills delivering formal presentations to various levels of management articulating project status, risk mitigations, benefits & financial realizations.

  • Proficiency in personal computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).

  • Developed interpersonal skills, excellent documentation skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and exploit business systems
