Data operations collect, organize, analyze and cleanse data that helps colleagues and/or customers use it to make decisions.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

Processing

• Analyzing data to identify trends.

• Cleanse data based on specific process map & givens to ensure its accuracy

• Creating and enforcing policies for effective data management

• Formulating management techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data.

• Devising and implementing efficient and secure procedures for data management and analysis with attention to all technical aspects

• Works with business units and appropriate team members to resolve data-relevant issues in an efficient and timely manner.

• Operate and manage established systems for the management of internal data and make proper trend analysis.

• Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.

• Be an active member of assigned integration projects that involve Customer data cleansing

Compliance

• Ensure adherence to agreed-upon deadlines to deliver the required results

• Adherence to data review process maps/guidelines

Optimization

• Research new ways to make use of big data & provide recommendations for improvement.

• Leverage analysis for big data

Knowledge Acquisition

• The ability to analyze, model, and interpret data.

• Microsoft applications (Word – Excel) & analytical computer skills on an advanced level is a must.

• Experience working in a strong team environment and able to use problem solving skills.
