The Sr. HR Business Partner will partner with the Science & Technology leadership team related to workforce strategy & planning, organizational design, team & organizational effectiveness, talent development & planning, and culture. This role will work closely with senior executives in serving large, globally dispersed product and engineering teams.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sets and aligns the global talent strategy with the Company's business priorities to drive results

  • Defines and drives the delivery of talent processes and programs

  • Offers thought leadership regarding organizational and people related strategy and execution

  • Educates, coaches and partners with senior leaders

  • Provide HR expertise in the areas of employee relations, development and coaching, compensation and organizational development

  • Collaborates with organizational leadership and HR teams (across the globe) to accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top organizational results

  • Develops people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and colleague engagement.

  • Acts as a bridge between leadership and colleagues, ensuring HR strategies contribute to overall business and organizational success.

  • Presents business solutions to leadership. Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view.

  • Has major influence within large, globally dispersed enterprise organization, including ownership/influence over human capital costs/budgets.

  • Leads others to find creative solutions to address complex problems that may impact the organization. Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with 6 years of experience)

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $166,400.00-$249,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
