Summary:The Knowledge Services Technology and Process Lead is responsible for the design, development and maintaining the technology to support the program and the data and analytics reporting of its efficacy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages and implements technology tools for the Knowledge Services program.

• Works with business units, including region management and IT partners , to implement initiatives.

• Creates data driven reporting to determine strategy effectiveness.

• Evaluates strategy effectiveness and recommends changes in overall direction.

• May be responsible for supervising less experienced incumbents.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of related experience in project management, data and analytics, and/or Microsoft SharePoint tools.

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clear and accurate communications (both verbal and written) that is appropriate for intended audience(s), including the ability to effectively communicate complex issues

• Ability to participate in and foster a teamwork environment

• Ability to learn new technology/systems

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated project management skills

• A "self-starter" -- the ability to schedule own time to accomplish multiple project tasks and work on multiple projects at one time

• Efficient use of own time and others' time

• Understanding or ability to learn complex business processes (including systems) involved in designated business process areas, including those performed within business segments and other support areas
