Senior level individual contributor for engineering, configuration, installation and management of complex networking environments that may include multiple operating system platforms. Act as a domain expert in all aspects of store networking technology. Provide innovative and premier technology solutions. Provide technology expertise and guidance, remaining current with emerging technologies and industry standard processes. Take part in the evaluation of new technologies and help define the feasibility of their integration and development. Administrative functions related to monitoring Unified communication devices, project/steady-state activities. Lead and be responsible for the design, architecture, implementation, security, and support of retail store UC environments to ensure consistent, secure and stable infrastructure that will support the current and future demands of the business. Collaborate and lead projects that have network requirements. Collaborate with Brands and internal teams within the Omni-channel group. Share Network and Process knowledge to ensure development within the team. Provide Technical input for projects / network design. Network design. Facilitate/Coordinate technical project meetings. Provide technical leadership to project initiatives. Assign or delegate project tasks to associate/system engineers. Responsible for ensuring maintenance and creation of project documentation. Raise project trends to leadership. Thorough understanding of project infrastructure to understand dependencies and interactions. Partner with other teams to resolve issues. Keep leadership in the loop and escalate as needed. Help ensure team is meeting SLA's. 95% Incident Resolution. Dial in to Rapid Response calls as required. Min. requirements include: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Networking plus 5 years' experience including  2 years' experience with Cisco ASA Firewall Configuration; 2 years' experience with NXOS routing and switching; 2 years' experience with SolarWinds; 2 years' experience with Aruba Clear Pass; and 2 years' experience with Firepower Management Console.
