Your responsibilities

• Reviews methods of processing and recommends improvements

• Provides end users and other partner groups with continuing training and assistance for a specific application, system or process

• Evaluates user requests for systems changes or improvements. Registers functional requirements and reviews cost, feasibility and utility. Recommends how, when and whether to make the changes

• Build and evaluate programming changes prior to implementation for each systems development phase. Record test cases and expected outcomes. Ensure that requirements are met. May create simple tests or a defined subset of a larger system test. May suggest acceptance/rejection in cases where not all requirements are met

• Builds dictionaries for applications and systems support by the analyst, and ensures they are up to date

• Assists internal clients with applications, systems and/or processes for identifying and resolving, processing/reporting programming problems. Provides consultation that can include troubleshooting and/or education

• Reviews and documents code problems, working with other programmers to correct them

• Assists in the developing communication content for specific system changes being implemented in production Requirements - Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suites

• Prior experience with R Code

• Previous experience working with Agile project management

• Communication Skills experience highly preferred

• Training experience

• General familiarity with consulting

• Adeptness in scheduling

• Hands-on experience with Linux

• Experience with REST API

• Deep understanding of API Development

• Foundational knowledge in procedures

• Customer service experience desired

• Knowledge of SQL Server

• Computer Hardware experience desired

• Foundational knowledge in Release Process

• Background working with Cloud Technologies

• XML Technologies experience preferred

• Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience as a project leader for the business portion of developmental applications or major systems improvements

• Knowledge of PC and mainframe hardware/software

• Good working understanding of programming languages
