This high-profile role sits within the AT&T Business Product organization. You will be a critical member of the Business Mobility product team that is responsible for managing existing and launching new mobility network solutions and value-added mobility services to market.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring AT&T’s competitive position, driving adoption of mobility solutions and significantly growing revenue.

The role requires strategic thought leadership, product management and development expertise, and cross-company collaboration.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Leads product strategy to bring new solutions and features to market, including concept development, market sizing, requesting and managing capital investment, partnering with technical development teams, and leading cross functional business and go-to-market teams

• Responsible for P&L and life cycle management of mobility solutions and value-added services

• Defines solution requirements based on customer need

• Maintains product roadmap, backlog and key dependencies across initiatives

• Vettes capital estimates, manages budgets and investment strategy to maximize ROI

• Leads core teams consisting of key delivery, operational and cross functional stakeholders (e.g., care, digital, finance, legal, marketing, pricing, sales, supply chain and technology development)

• Understanding of basic financial metrics and how those drive value for the business

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience

• Master’s degree preferred in Business, Science, Engineering; or equivalent experience

Experience:

• Requires 7+ years’ experience

Qualifications:

• Required: Ability to capture and prioritize business and technical requirements into baseline document for product design and technical development. Requires ability to run financial and analytical assessments

• Preferred: Expertise in Product management and agile development, mobility experience, skilled in market research, requirements gathering, business case development, and analytics

Our Lead Product Management & Develop, earn between $143,700 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
