Our client, which is a leader in tax and accounting, is currently looking for a Windows Systems Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. This is a large enterprise company that is currently in the process of modernizing their servers.

Right now, they are looking to decommission many servers that are not being used or leveraged. They have over 700+ servers, ranging from Windows 2003, 08, 2012R2, and 2016. There is plans to upgrade some servers to 2019 and/or 2022 for the servers that are being utilized. If you happen to know VMware vSphere along with PowerShell, then that is a plus.

The role is a pure 3-6 month contract, onsite in a hybrid (2-3 days onsite) model out of their north Dallas headquarters. Pay rate will be around $40-45/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience within an IT Systems role

• Strong Windows experience – prior servers like 03/08/12R2/16, etc.

• Proven experience with:

• VMware vSphere

• Exchange

• PowerShell

• Experience with remote desktop support.

The Offer

• 3-6 month contract – rate will be between $40-45/hr.

• Onsite 2-3 days in north Dallas, 2-3 remote days..
