Description Robert Half is currently seeking a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to support a local Deerfield Beach, FL company. As a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our seasonal staffing operations. The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the HR department. This Human Resources (HR) Coordinator role involves assisting with various HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and HR compliance. this role is located in Deerfield Beach, FL and requires working onsite Monday-Friday. This role is available as a long-term contract / contract position. Requirements Previous HR experience required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Bilingual English/Spanish Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
