About the Job

Your main mission will be to extract and analyze data received by retailers, and communicate it to the rest of the Too faced team. You will do so by filling weekly and monthly reports on performances, and collect any comments the commercial team may have to cascade to management.

You will also be responsible for handling all ‘no charge orders’ (gratis, GWP, collateral), i.e place orders for any free products to send retailers, stores or team, whether from the warehouse through affiliates or from the office.

You will have additional responsibilities such a translation review and product & trade marketing analysis and deck creation and support, competitive reviews, communication with supplier on trade marketing animation etc, depending on their absorption of the two previous tasks.

About Your Responsibilities

  • Monthly and weekly reportings (retail sales data per franchise/sku/country/region/channel, Social Media presence, ranking tracking, fill rate reporting etc)

  • ‘No charge orders’ placement and tracking

  • Handling of office shipments to team members/retailers

  • Review and creation of English to French translation

  • Product marketing missions: Tracking of product information, including on NPL (Vegan, fragrances etc), one shot analysis on competition, pricing etc

  • Support on Trade Marketing animations

Qualifications

About You

Available 6 months starting July 24

internship agreement mandatory

Minimum Education Level: Business school student currently in Master Degree

Minimum Years and Area of Experience: A previous 6 months internship

Required Language Proficiency: French and English fluency required

Licenses or Certifications:N/A
