We are excited to invite you to join us at our Everett, WA site as a Mid-Level Facilities Project Management Specialist , where you will play a pivotal role in supporting critical infrastructure and business partner facilities projects that will shape the future of our organization.

As a Mid-Level Facilities Project Management Specialist, you can unleash your creativity and bring our projects to life. You will also monitor and coordinate implementation activities, such as relocations, construction, utility shutdowns, budget management, schedule, and project reviews. Position Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate facility requests and meet with customers to define requirements for facility projects

  • Develop project options with customers and create a scope of work that meets their requirements

  • Collaborate with affected parties to define functionality and constructability

  • Integrate various documents such as facilities work orders, contract service requests, drawings, vendor quotes, schedules, and permits

  • Obtain facilities design and resource commitments for projects

  • Evaluate contractor proposals for fair and reasonable costs

  • Coordinate with affected parties and support functions, such as customers, designers, SHEA, crafts, security, and network infrastructure, to create an agreed-upon implementation plan

  • Ensure completion and retention of project records by following standard operating procedures for closure and updates

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience leading projects

  • 3+ years of experience with standard project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and Project Server

  • 3+ years of experience reading & interpreting basic engineering drawings and specifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project cost management

  • 3+ years of experience with AutoCad or similar CAD package

  • 3+ years of experience working in facilities, maintenance, or construction

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management

  • 5+ years of experience with Maximo or other Computerized Maintenance Software Systems

  • 3+ years of experience in budgeting and forecasting

  • 3+ years of experience in site services and/or facilities

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master + 4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $93,500 - $126,500
