This role will help take our creative services and design efforts to the next level for our customers and sales team.

W e are looking for a highly motivated Project Marketing Coordinator to join our Corporate Marketing Team in our Frederick , MD office. If you're a results-driven professional , have strong organizational skills , a creative mind with an eye for detail then this could be the perfect role for you.

As a Project Marketing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining customer-facing brochures, displays and digital interactive assets to support our new home sales program . This marketing and design role functions as a liaison between our A rchitectural Team and Homebuilding Operations and is focused on achieving an optimal Customer and Employee Experience . You'll work closely with our sales , marketing, and land departments as well as outside vendors to ensure best practices , brand standards, and guidelines are followed for ordering assets for new home communities . You’ll also create new and edit existing internal and customer facing collateral in AutoCAD, collaborate with outside vendors for rendering creation and perform real-time product changes and quality control architectural floor plans .

This position will be part of our Corporate Marketing Team and will work onsite in Frederick, MD.
