Description We are offering a unique opportunity to join our team in the healthcare industry as an Accountant based in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role entails the application of a variety of accounting skills and functions within a dynamic workplace. The position offers a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize knowledge of accounting software systems to manage and analyze financial data

• Perform accounting functions such as accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations

• Participate in budgeting processes and provide insights to aid decision-making

• Handle credit granting activities and manage grant accounting processes

• Utilize ERP solutions for enterprise resource planning and to streamline accounting operations

• Leverage knowledge of healthcare administration and operations to drive accounting efficiency

• Manage healthcare billing and claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Stay updated with healthcare regulations and ensure adherence in all accounting functions

• Use knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle to optimize financial reporting and forecasts. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC) software

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Auditing and Budget Processes

• Knowledge of Credit Granting and various types of grants such as Federal Grant, Foundation Grants, Government Grants, and Private Grants

• Proficiency in Grant Accounting, Grant Administration, Grant Management, and Grant Writing

• Familiarity with Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Billing, Healthcare Claim, and Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System

• Understanding of Healthcare economics, Healthcare Industry, Healthcare Informatics, and Healthcare Insurance

• Experience with Healthcare interfaces, Healthcare Market, Healthcare operations, and Healthcare Payer

• Knowledge of Healthcare Provider, Healthcare regulations, Healthcare Reimbursement, and Healthcare Revenue Cycle

• Experience in Healthcare sales, Healthcare System, and understanding of Healthcare trends

• Ability to Manage Healthcare operations effectively.
