We are looking for a Master Scheduler based in our Hingham, MA location.

As the Master Scheduler of the world’s most respected manufacturer of automatic transfer switches and power control systems, you will schedule orders for our assembly department. Your focus will be delivery reliability, asset management, and effective communication across the production area. Your work will help bring to market specialized equipment that makes the world a safer and more reliable place: think hospitals, data centers, utilities, mass transportation, and other aspects of life as we know it that need reliable power systems. You will provide solutions to the world’s growing need for dependable critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop schedules, supervise workload capacity, and optimize production resources to ensure that customer expectations and internal financial goals are met.

  • Schedule, release, and distribute SAP production orders.

  • Facilitate production meetings as needed to ensure successful communication and execution to meet customer expectations.

  • Maintain a Master Production Plan and ensure data reflects updates in real-time.

  • Partner with purchasing, Sales, and Engineering to ensure that materials and product release packages are available as needed during the production process to meet shipping plan.

  • Maintain SAP accuracy.

  • Build shortage reports and drive them to completion.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of proven track record in production scheduling

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to travel 5%

  • Previous experience or education in a fabrication facility.

  • Proficient in Microsoft office suites, specifically an expert in Excel. (Vlookup and pivot tables)

  • Proficiency with SAP

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English required.

  • Proven organizational skills including attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills required.

  • Proven solid understanding in ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Manufacturing environment.

  • The pay range for this position is $105k-$140K with a 10% incentive. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
