Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence to join our team. The successful candidate will be adept at eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for data and analytic solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills to facilitate interactions between business stakeholders and IT teams and a solid understanding of AI/ML-powered business improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for data and analytic solutions.

• Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of data requirements.

• Conduct process analysis to identify, document, and implement AI/ML-powered business improvements.

• Perform data analysis to support business discovery and track outcomes of analytics initiatives.

• Define test cases and support testing efforts to ensure alignment with business requirements.

• Utilize self-service BI tools for ad-hoc analysis, ensuring stakeholders can access and understand data insights.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI.

  Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analysis role.

• Strong proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI; certifications highly desirable.

• Experience with Databricks and AWS cloud services; certifications preferred but not required.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS cloud services.

• Exposure to machine learning insights and their application in business contexts.
