Key job responsibilities

Operations Associate (Compliance India Team), will be high a performing individual contributor, responsible for end to end compliance operations management in various Amazon EU marketplaces. The job involves organizing, planning, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments. In addition to owning the production & quality KRAs for this team. He/she will be the first point of contact to the compliance teams of Amazon and must therefore be comfortable and confident in liaising with remote teams.

He/She will also be responsible for queue management, adhere to service level goals and route all tasks through in-house technology. He/She will experience a wide range of problem solving situations, strategic to real-time, requiring extensive use of data collection and analysis. The ideal candidate will have good operational experience as well as exposure to a complex queue management set-up. In addition he/she will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security and integrity of Amazon’s systems and data.

About the team

This is a role for Compliance India team, operating from Hyderabad, India.

Our customers are selling partners, who are selling variety of products in the Amazon marketplaces while adhering to multitude of compliance rules and regulations in the respective regions.

The stakeholders include various support and business teams located across countries such as Luxembourg, UK, Romania, Spain and India.

We strive to ensure that our selling partners remain compliant with the regulations in the respective online marketplaces and continue to grow by adding selection and delighting customers around the globe.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or any related quantitative field
