WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics partners closely with key stakeholders across the Marketing and Communications (MAC) division and the organization, building strategies to reach existing and new audiences to engage in our conservation work and fundraising. This role provides strategic, data-driven guidance to teams before, during, and after our campaigns, and uses their expertise to solidify the division's understanding around how we measure success. This role is an exciting opportunity for people who are passionate about data, creative thinkers and possess a high attention to detail who are motivated to use these skills to help fulfil conservation goals.The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics is responsible for defining KPIs and assessing the performance of local and enterprise level Marketing and Communications campaigns, in collaboration with key stakeholders. They will be able to dive deep into performance measurement metrics and clearly summarize the takeaways and recommendations for stakeholders. They will act as a Subject Matter Expert for campaign measurement strategy, contributing to the development of project plans, scope, and overall campaign strategy. The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics works with key stakeholders to ensure our efforts are consistent with the marketing goals and strategies through the alignment of staff, vendors, and team efforts to match the priorities set by senior management. They will seek opportunities to advance MAC's data-driven culture and drive processes and tools to optimize marketing strategies.As the Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics, you will: Design, manage and implement multiple projects by coordinating the work of other professionals inside and outside the organization. Lead marketing initiatives through collaboration with key stakeholders. Assist with creation/administration of budget, evaluates results and develops corrective strategies, as needed. Be accountable for establishing and meeting strategic goals and objectives. Act independently within specific program or project goals. Assess the performance of MAC campaigns; communicate performance out to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership. Develop benchmarks across MAC campaigns as well as day-to-day performance measurement. Build learning and training assets to ensure that MAC staff understand how to read and nterpret campaign performance. Develop and maintain strong working relationships across departments to help facilitate success. Supervise one or more professional staff and/or intern. If you don't have all of them, apply anyways and tell us about your skills and experience: Experience collaborating with data engineers, helping to translate data analysis business needs into technical requirements for data extraction and transformation. Superior communication and presentation skills, time management skills, and the ability to quickly identify priorities in a fast-moving environment. Highly self-motivated, able to take high-level direction and execute tasks with minimal guidance. Experience managing or mentoring less experienced resources, including the ability to lead, motivate, set objectives, manage performance, and conflict resolution. Able to explain insights gained from data in language and with visuals that are easy to understand. Experience analyzing constituent level data to help inform marketing strategies. Experience building and maintaining enterprise dashboards and visualizations in PowerBI. Expert knowledge of current and evolving trends in communicating data insights. Cross disciplinary knowledge to support program objectives. Multi-lingual skills appreciated. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 8 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience supervising staff and teams. Experience cultivating and managing client relationships. Experience in project management, developing marketing strategies and measuring results. SALARY INFORMATION The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $77,000- 111,000 for annual base salary. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges.
