Insight Global Scrum Master in Issaquah, Washington

Job Description

A leading supplier of wholesale apparel in the Greater Seattle Area is seeking a Scrum Master who has Technical Project Management experience to join their team for a remote contract that goes through December 2024. This will be for a backfill for a maternity leave. This person will be responsible for working heavily in Azure Dev Ops (ADO) managing sprints, backlogs, and releases supporting Microsoft Dynamics D365/ERP Solution. They will be managing one scrum team and working heavily with treating surface triages, looking heavily in the activities, escalations, and leading all deployment activities for the application. They will be comfortable working with offshore resources and communicating with senior level leadership. This role will also include occasional project manager deliverables, including the creation of project plans, biweekly status reports, reporting on the product health, milestones, and managing risks. It will begin in a waterfall-type environment, and then will shift to an agile environment after the first release.

Skills and Requirements

  • 6+ Years of experience as a Scrum Master with Technical Project Manager experience

      * Experience working with multiple delivery teams, treating surface triages, and escalating when necessary

      * Proficiency in leading application deployment activities (this will be Microsoft Dynamics D365)

      * Strong experience working with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) for project tracking with dashboards managing sprints, backlogs, and releases

      * Experience managing a scrum team with developers, QA resources, DBAs, and business analysts

      * Experience with PM deliverables such as creating project plans, biweekly status reports to report on product health and milestones, and managing risks/issues

Ability to work remotely in PST hours * Experience / exposure with D365

  * Experience in an Agile environment null
