We are seeking a highly skilled IT Finance Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is vital within our retail industry, focusing on the implementation of Oracle Fusion and other related financial software applications. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, providing a dynamic and collaborative work environment for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of Commerce finance technology projects, ensuring successful implementation and partnering with other functions as necessary.

• Provide expertise on Oracle Cloud Financials and other financial software applications to project teams and stakeholders.

• Ensure project scope is clearly understood and that finance requirements are translated into desired systems behavior.

• Monitor and ensure successful implementation, testing, and sign-off of Commerce finance requirements throughout the company Oracle ERP journey.

• Understand the data needs of the Commerce Finance function and how data drives key business processes.

• Identify and act on opportunities for process automation, contributing to efficiency and productivity.

• Provide regular updates on project progress and risk mitigation to senior leadership.

• Collaborate with colleagues in Controls and Compliance on techno-functional topics.

• Develop business cases for finance tech investment, leading cost and benefit analysis.

• Familiarize yourself with Change Management and its impact on organizations.

• Utilize a range of skills including '3M', 'Accounting Software Systems', 'ADP - Financial Services', 'CapEx', 'ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning', 'About Time', 'Accounting Functions', 'Auditing', 'Budget Processes', 'Compliance', 'Oracle Fusion', 'Oracle Fusion Financials', 'Oracle Fusion HCM', 'HCM Saas Oracle Fusion' to perform tasks effectively.

Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry

• Expertise in using 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CapEx, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, About Time, and Oracle Fusion is required

• Proficient in Oracle Fusion Financials, Oracle Fusion HCM, and HCM Saas Oracle Fusion

• Demonstrable experience in performing Accounting Functions, Auditing, Budget Processes, and Compliance-related tasks

• Strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation

• Proficiency in using modern finance software and tools

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Outstanding leadership abilities, able to guide and motivate a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or relevant certifications would be an advantage.
