As an Avanade HR internship team member, you will play an instrumental role in welcoming new members of our team, optimizing our processes and creating new initiatives. What you’ll do:

• Help our HR manager with all day to day processes

• Assisting with HR reports

• Participating on all onboarding tasks for new employees

• Assist on optimizing processes

• Contribute to new initiatives

Skills and experiences:

• A degree in Human Resources management, Organizational Psychology or an equivalent field

• Great communication skills (Written and verbal)

• Fluency in English

• Teamwork and adaptability

• Passion for people and technology

• Internships or academic experience in HR tasks and processes
