Charles Schwab Investment Management (CSIM) is the asset management arm of the Charles Schwab Corporation, and has over $300 billion under management in mutual funds and ETFs. Products managed include a wide variety of active and indexed equity, fixed income, and asset allocation strategies, as well as money markets funds. CSIM uses a consistent and disciplined approach to investing across all our products and seeks to develop innovative new products to meet the core investing needs of our clients.

What you’ll do:

Senior Product Specialist/Analyst is responsible for supporting the product management and development of CSIM's Asset Allocation Mutual Funds and Schwab Bank Collective Trust Funds.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engage in research on funds, industry trends and competitive landscape

  • Support both Institutional and Retail sales and distribution

  • Assist in the development and management of appropriate fund campaigns and promotions for multiple target segments and distribution channels

  • Support regulatory and governance activities

  • Assist in creating presentations for a variety of audiences

  • Support the development and management of product collateral, prospectuses, shareholder reports and websites, while maintaining legal and compliance requirements

What you have:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Experience in financial services, ideally related to institutional (retirement) investment management

  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, interpersonal communications skills as well as organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task and manage in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision when necessary

  • Proficient with MS Excel and Power Point
