Amazon Communications Manager, Education and Mass Awareness Team - EU 3P Compliance in Luxembourg, Luxembourg

This role is available to work from any of the following locations including Luxembourg: London, Barcelona, Madrid, Berlin, Munich, Paris, Milan.

Key job responsibilities

As a Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring the success of mass communications and educational content used by sellers selling on EU Amazon Marketplaces. You will create and implement communication campaigns, content, and roadmaps to drive awareness, education, and action from global sellers about compliance requirements.

In this role, you will work with global stakeholders to understand the business priorities that drive the need for communications and educational content, align on roadmaps and content with them, and raise the bar on the quality of the communications and seller experience.

It's important that you are self-motivated to learn about new topics and to look for new ways to improve the effectiveness of our communication.

We operate in a fast-paced environment, requiring business sense, high prioritization skills, and flexibility to adapt to new information or changes in planning.

About the team

Environmental compliance encompasses all recycling regulations that sellers have to comply with in Europe, primarily Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). EPR is an environmental policy that makes sellers who first place a product subject to EPR requirements in a country responsible for the entire life cycle of the products that they introduce on the market, from their design until the end of life.

We strive to continuously minimize the friction compliance generates for our sellers while minimizing the risk to our business by building products to improve the seller experience and the speed- of -compliance.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in professional non-internship marketing

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs

  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
