*A SUBWAY® FULL TIME employee *assists in overseeing the store operation, typically under the supervision of a general manager.

Individuals in this position help manage a group of line-level employees who perform such functions as preparing food, cleaning, and taking customer orders. The full time employee must know how to perform all line-level functions, as they must ensure these tasks are successfully completed and also fill in on the line.

The full time employee must maintain a safe work environment for all team members through training and counseling as necessary.

This position requires good interpersonal and communication skills. The assistant manager is responsible for coaching employees and maintaining excellent customer service.

FULL TIME Tasks

• Assist in supervising restaurant staff during shifts. Keep store organized.
• Maintain the facility, including assigning staff to clean and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Balance cash receipts.
• Be responsible for providing hygienic, safe food that meets branding, and company standards.
• Completes University of SUBWAY® courses as directed
