The role Talent Acquisition Partner- SoftwareOne Academy EMEA Are you ready to help us bring the best and brightest Junior Talent ? Then this Talent Acquisition partner role is for you! We’re looking for a brave, creative, data-driven Talent Acquisition partner to join our team to own the full cycle recruitment process for the EMEA Region. The role: As a key contributor on the team, you’ll get the opportunity to make an impact across a number of priorities – full cycle recruiting, hiring team stakeholder management, participation on programs and events to promote SoftwareOne Academy brand virtually, on campuses, NGO’s and any other events, and help plan and execute the company’s overall Graduate program. We are a team driven by data, strategic processes, and collaboration. You will be empowered to come up with targeted recruiting strategies to build a strong pipeline of Junior talent for our ever-growing teams for the EMEA region. As a member of Swo Academy Talent Acquisition team you will work closely with Global Business leaders to understand the business talent needs to help lead and influence talent acquisition initiatives. You will work closely with the Regional Academy manager to define and execute partnership strategies with Universities, NGO’S, government institutions, Bootcamps, etc across your region. The Talent Acquisition partner will report to the Global TA Academy Leader and have a matrixed line to the associated Regional TA leaders. Some of your tasks include: • Direct fulfillment of Academy Associates, Academy apprentices and Return to work profiles in the EMEA region, owning full-life recruitment cycle. (Sourcing, Interviewing, offer management, etc) • Execute against an in-region strategy based on business forecasts to meet the growing need of new talent. • Execute engagement strategies around SoftwareOne Academy’s brand, demonstrating SoftwareOne’s employee value proposition. • Work closely to local HR regarding contracts, salaries, local labor law when recruiting in a new country. • Work across the region with recruiters in other countries to ensure global collaboration when needed. • Support the Academy Manager on partnerships with Universities, NGO’s, Bootcamps, etc. • Participate in projects with the extended Talent Acquisition team, deliver interview trainings. What we need to see from you About you: You’ll have at least three years of Full cycle recruitment experience, you’ll also have demonstrable experience on creating and executing sourcing strategies and email, social media and advertising campaigns. You are fluent in English and any other European language! You are willing to travel when needed. But what’s most important is your mind. We want you to be highly creative and think outside the box. We want you to be able to use numbers to analyze and support your recruitment ideas, and be up-to-date on all the latest recruiting trends and best practices. This role can be based anywhere in EMEA.
