We are looking for a dynamic, talented, and professional Project Manager to join our fast-growing, forward thinking mining services company.

Position Overview & Requirements:

• Qualified applicants need at least 5 years mining and civil operations working experiences an ability to show personnel safety performance accomplishments, and a degree in Mine Engineering or similar.

• Applicant must have experience in hard rock open pit mining, crushing, processing facilities, leach pads and tailing dam construction and operations.

• Additional mining experience required: mine planning development and bench design, drilling blasting development and optimization, haul truck productivity and optimization, equipment availability and utilization, and an understanding of crushing and screening operations.

• As well as involvement and oversight of process facilities, mine site development ranging from construction through operations, including earthworks, facilities lining, piping and pumps, structural concrete, and mechanical facilities.

• The position will be responsible for project controls, tracking quantities and progress, cost control reporting, scheduling, owner billing, change orders, and subcontractor and supplier management.

• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in order to interact with the Owner, design firms and to lead and support a team of engineers, superintendents, and field crews.

• Show past performance with Leadership by example. The position requires ability to travel and relocate as required. Good working knowledge of current mining software and computers is essential.
