We are a prominent and ever-growing company in the financial industry, seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (FP& A Manager). Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, extensive knowledge of business functions, superb problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan, and Modeling tools.

• Prepare and deliver insightful presentations and analysis to drive executive decisions.

• Ensure the FP& A team provides accurate, reliable, and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.

• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.

• Analyze key financial data and report on financial performance including variances, trends and risks/opportunities.

• Supervise and manage the execution of strategic initiatives.

• Evaluate financial performances by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

• Work closely with leadership teams to formulate the business's medium to long-term financial and strategic plan.

• Participate in calls and meetings with investors.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in business finance or related roles, with at least 3 years in a FP& A leadership role.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution company preferred.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.

• Experience with enterprise-level financial systems.

• Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time.
