Job Details Immediate need for a talented Senior Project Coordinator. This is a 12+ months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Minneapolis, MN . Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate tracking, reporting and communication.
  • Analyze budget, resource and spend / identify trends
  • Coordinate project plans at program Level
  • consolidate plans to program level
  • Administer Client-PPM, Administer SharePoint Site, Administer Change Request process, Administer Issue & Risk process Executive Reporting Support
  • Client PPM - Track/Analyze/Identify/Communicate
  • SharePoint Set-up Program and administer site
  • Assist in Creating & submitting Project Change Requests (PCRs) to Project Control
  • Create & maintain Program/Project Organization Chart & Team Contact list
  • Other duties as assigned by Program or Project Manager
  • Administer Issues & Risk Process
  • Executive Reporting Support with Power Bi Reports
  • VersionOne entering task as well as tracking them
  • Client searching for tickets that need to be attached to a VersionOne task to be completed.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • 6 + years of experience required
  • 100% onsite
