ManpowerGroup Customer Relationship Specialist in New Berlin, Wisconsin

Our client is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will have high volume experience, proficiency with SAP, and high attention to detail which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Customer Relationship Specialist

Location: New Berlin, WI

Pay Range: $23 - $26/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Manage customer orders timely and accurately by reviewing and entering orders into SAP, and ensuring high levels of accuracy.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, aiming for first-contact resolution and maintaining a sense of urgency.

  • Administer order changes, expedites, tracking, and cancellations.

  • Process sample requests from customers and Sales team, ensuring prompt and accurate handling.

What’s Needed?

  • Associates degree or 2+ years of customer service experience.

  • Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

  • Ability to work in a Windows environment and learn various computer applications (SAP, Onenote, Outlook).

  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously under pressure.
