Duties include: develop software solutions to meetbusiness requirements and manage project execution to ensureadherence to schedule and scope; determine feasibility of solutionsdesign and prepare technical design documentation; plan stages ofapplication development to improve functionality and features with afocus on performance, reliability, and maintainability; write and reviewhigh quality code and perform unit and/or automation testing; conferwith project personnel to identify and resolve problems; monitorprogress milestones and deliverables; support applications, systems,and databases used to process prescriptions, claims, and relatedhealthcare activities; collaborate with crossfunctional teams onapplications development, technical requirements, code review,project deliverables, quality assurance, and software developmentbest practices; and mentor junior team members.
