Essential Functions:
- Partners with management to develop and implement social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns and its impact on business goals.
- Works closely with management to ensure team members have the necessary resources to complete projects and objectives.
- Monitors all social media campaign performance, assesses performance data, and provides reports on return on investment (ROI). Regularly updates stakeholders on social media progress and review analytics.
- Identifies areas of improvement team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Hires, manages, develops, trains, reviews, and sets goals for team members.
- Supervise and supports team members in areas of problem solving, decision making, process improvement, and professional growth in accordance with company policies.
- Handles employee relations matters including but not limited to performance management and enforcement of corrective or disciplinary actions.
- Works with team members to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
- Partners and coordinates with Human Resources in a timely manner on all employee relations matters.
- Serves as both coach and mentor to staff in areas of problem solving, decision-making, process improvement, and personal growth.
- Maintains a consistent presence across multiple social platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Creates and publishes engaging content daily, including text, photos, videos, and news.
- Partners with marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand message consistency.
- Engages with followers, responds promptly to inquiries, and manages customer reviews. Escalates concerns to designated teams, as necessary.
- Oversees the design aspects of social media accounts to enhance user experience.
- Initiates and manages social media promotions and competitions to boost brand awareness.
- Keeps abreast of the latest social media trends, design tools, and technological advancements.
- Conducts thorough market research to stay informed on consumer behavior and forecast trends.
- Manages budgets allocated for social media advertisements.
- Coordinates with different departments to create cohesive strategies for U.S. brands.
- Identifies and implements opportunities for increasing web traffic and customer engagement.
- Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years in social media management.
- Previous supervisory experience, a plus.
- Proven experience in social media management and strategy.
- Previous experience with video editing tools and capturing professional videos from live events and tradeshows.
Special Requirements/Certification:
- Facebook Blueprint and/or Hubspot Content Marketing certification preferred.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) certification preferred.
Pay Range:$40.00 - $45.00/hour
