Essential Functions:

• Collaborates with business units across the organization to plan and executes projects and goals related to Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Identifies and gathers fundamental requirements to implement digital transformation projects.
• Develops project scope of work and project performance criteria while ensuring minimal disruption to the production workflow.
• Identifies work elements and timelines of projects.
• Develops and maintains cost estimates and establishes budgets for project work elements.
• Plans, coordinates, and manages project schedules, work elements, and determines resources necessary for projects implementation.
• Prepares and oversees project status; provide reports and status updates to management and key stakeholders.
• Prioritizes and assigns tasks; follow-ups with appropriate personnel to exceed project demand.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Holds teams and stake holders accountable to ensure deadlines are met.
• Recommends strategies and implements corrective action plans; serves as point of contact for inquires.
• Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction ofmanagement.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in related field and three (3) years of experience in project management; or five (5) of experience where equivalent education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been demonstrated/achieved.
• Three (3) years of Lean Six Sigma or ASQ CSSGB experience, preferred.
• Medical device, knowledge of technical and manufacturing systems, and FDA regulation experience, preferred.
• Previous digital transformation projects, a plus.

Special Requirements/Certification:

• Certified PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), preferred.
• Certified ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), a plus.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000/yr
