Seeking a Temp-to-Hire Imaging Specialist, fully onsite in OKC!

Join our team responsible for organizing, cataloging, and indexing public records, documents, and archives. This role involves assessing and preparing documents for imaging, operating scanning equipment, and maintaining data indexes. Key responsibilities include ensuring image quality, adhering to content management standards, and effectively communicating with team members.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes and technology

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous administrative or clerical experience required; imaging experience preferred

• Ability to pass background and vehicle operation checks

• Must be able to lift 20 to 30 lb boxes routinely and work onsite daily
