As a Credit Collections Manager your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

· Oversee the collection efforts for past due accounts, including phone calls, emails, and letters.

· Maintain communication status log for past due customer invoices.

· Negotiate payment plans and settlements with delinquent customers while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.

· Review and approve credit applications and evaluate payment history to determine creditworthiness.

· Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations governing credit and collections practices.

· Ensure that the credit and collections processes comply with company policies as well as legal and regulatory requirements.

· Implement controls and procedures to mitigate risks associated with credit and collections activities.

· Notify the management team of potential payment issues.

· Perform project and assignment work, as assigned.

Requirements

The Ideal Credit Collections Manager will have the following:

· Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a credit/collections supervisory or managerial role within the advertising industry.

· Proven experience in billing, credit management and collections.

· Strong knowledge of credit principles, collections techniques, and relevant laws and regulations (e.g., FDCPA, FCRA).

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

· Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools, as well as Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

· Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with company values and policies.
