Job Summary

Responsible for managing daily business operations related to the Contingent Labor HR function, including the development, implementation, and end-user support of the VNDLY Contingent Labor intake & management portal. Contributes to functional strategy development and ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Has a greater degree of impact on business results and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the VNDLY Contingent Labor intake & management portal including, responsibility of daily operations and planning (including but not limited to upgrades, troubleshooting, and problem resolution).

  • Ensures the planning and executive of Plan of Record (POR) activities to improve/enhance our contingent worker journeys.

  • Provides leadership for developing functional platform strategies.

  • Contribute to feature selections, modifications, and configuration to determine potential benefits and impact on the business.

  • Ensures data integrity throughout the functional platform. Coordinates with peers and other departments to ensure that downstream changes to shared data do not impact processing and compliance/data privacy.

  • Influence and contribute to implementation workstreams including: VNDLY functional testing, Contingent Labor E2E testing, Data Conversion, Data Harmonization efforts across the enterprise, VNDLY reporting and Change Management and Adoption.

  • Work collaboratively with HR Technology Shared Service, resource management data owners, TPX organizations to ensure functional goals are aligned.

  • Supports senior management in business analysis and strategic initiatives.

  • Builds relationships with multiple business stakeholders, leads integrated teams, and collaborates with other functional teams to ensure the success of goals.

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience

  • Prior experience in managing the day-to-day operations of either a Vendor Management System or a Human Capital Management System

  • Prior experience in implementations of either a Vendor Management System or a Human Capital Management System

  • Understands the various phases in large-scale system implementations and can provide consulting or advisory on department efficiencies and support operating models

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
