Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Accounting & Compliance, you will be responsible for the administration of the Company’s Travel & Expense management and corporate card platforms, including policy compliance, along with other fundamental accounting and administrative functions.

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

What You'll Do

  • Audit and process expense reports for leadership, ensuring compliance with company policies and proper documentation

  • Communicate with senior management about policy compliance and serve as the primary contact for Concur-related inquiries

  • Manage setups for new users and processors in a complex, multi-system environment, while also overseeing Concur workflow management

  • Provide Concur platform expertise, including features for Travel, Expense, and Mobile, and guide area administrators on company T&E policies

  • Assist in basic accounting tasks like report generation, system reconciliations, and handle issues with Concur customer support

  • Develop quarterly company-wide Concur newsletters and provide problem-solving support independently or in collaboration with team members

  • Perform other duties as requested by leadership

What You'll Have

  • High school diploma or equivalent required with an Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 2+ years experience working as a Concur administrator required

  • Ability to communicate and work with Senior and Executive level management regarding policy compliance issues

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to problem-solve independently or collaboratively with various personnel

  • Requires self-starter and multi-tasker qualities.

  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently in a deadline-oriented and fast-paced environment

Work Environment

  • Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment

  • Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice

  • Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing

  • Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments

  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds

  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time for training purposes
