PNC Implementation Associate - Treasury Management Client Care in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

As an Implementation Associate within PNC's Treasury Management Client Care organization, you will be based anywhere in the PNC footprint. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

ACH and Wire Implementation Associates are part of the ever-growing Payments landscape. ACH and Wire Implementations is a critical team in the onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding of clients into the Payment systems. In this role, Associates would work in conjunction with peers in Payments and service partners from other areas of Treasury Management (RSAs, CAC, PM as well as TMO/RM) to deliver the requested Implementations in an accurate and timely manner. There are components of the job that do have some exposure directly to clients, however this role is not normally customer facing and considered back-office.

Job Description

  • Implements standard new products and services for clients. This includes analyzing requirements and gathering deliverables to complete the implementation, performing maintenance on existing client profiles and maintaining client-specific operating procedures.

  • Utilizes data provided from sales and/or sales support personnel to establish or update client-specific information for assigned product.

  • Analyzes, assesses and documents client requirements while adhering to established processes and procedures. Verifies implementation work done by other staff.

  • Communicates challenges to the appropriate internal service partners to ensure positive ongoing client experiences.

  • Manages multiple implementations simultaneously; reports progress relative to service level performance to internal service partners.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $31,200.00 – $68,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
