Your Mission:

• Collaborate closely with our visionary Tissue Recovery Manager to push the boundaries of innovation in the field.

• Lead the charge in recovering life-saving tissue, corneas, and cutting-edge research organs, knowing that each donation has the potential to transform lives.

• Uphold the highest standards of excellence by ensuring strict adherence to FDA Good Tissue Practices and AATB standards.

• Provide compassionate post-mortem care for donors and their families, honoring their generosity and selflessness.

Job Details:

• Embrace a schedule of 4 days on, 4 days off with 12-hour shifts, providing both stability and the flexibility to pursue your passions outside of work.

• Night shifts are not just a necessity, they're an opportunity - enjoy a shift differential of $1.75 for night shifts (7pm-7am), knowing that your dedication knows no bounds.

• While an Associate degree is preferred, we welcome candidates from formal education programs related to Surgical Technology (preferred), Forensic Autopsy, or Mortuary Sciences, recognizing that dedication and a shared sense of purpose are what truly drive our mission forward.
