Telecom Procurement Fulfillment Field Operations ( 8 - 12 week Project)

Seeking a Procurement-Fulfillment specialist with telecom experience.

Pay for Performance Commercial Construct: Establish measurable levels of performance / performance criteria. Forecasting Volumes. Rate levels for non performance. Performance and exceptional performance process. Recommend Structure and forecasted impact to budget/Total Cost

Vendor Scorecards: Establish Criteria, Track : Quality/Safety, Schedule, Budget/Overages, Innovation. Prepare draft scorecard and review with vendors. Implement with Strategic Vendors. Implementation. Campaign and ROI Management. Implementations and Lessons learned.

Contract Harmonization: Review and summarize current contractual posture. Identify gaps and deltas between each vendor. Agree a singe template and criteria to be used with all fulfillment vendors.

Fulfillment Vendor Options: Ability to use Construction vendors for Fulfillment. New potential fulfillment vendors. Rationalize existing and new vendors - including transition plans and MSA/on boarding new vendors.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $80.00 per hour
