Statement of Job:

The University of Southern Maine is seeking applicants for the position of Client Experience Coordinator in the Office of Professional Development Programs (PDP). This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong administrative and customer service skills.

The Client Experience Coordinator will play an important role in supporting USM’s Professional Development Programs (PDP) (https://usm.maine.edu/professional-development-programs/) by assisting with course set up and delivery, instructor onboarding, information dissemination, and marketing/promotion. The Coordinator will be the technical expert regarding various systems PDP utilizes and will be responsible for effectively leveraging these systems to execute program deliverables and ensure a positive experience for clients, students, and instructors.

This is a full-time, in-person position with an annual salary of $42,500. This position will be primarily located on the USM Portland campus.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or Associate’s degree with 2 years of related experience

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Excellent customer service and client relationship skills
