Insight Global Certified Maintenance Technician in Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team at a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing site. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and equipment to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial plumbing work, preferably within a pharmaceutical or similar regulated environment. Job responsibilities will include Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sewage systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and testing of plumbing equipment to ensure compliance with GMP standards and optimal performance.

Skills and Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in plumbing preferred

  • Valid Plumber license

  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and regulations, including IPC, UPC, and OSHA

  • 3-5 years of experience as a plumber in an industrial setting, preferably within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment null
