Key Responsibilities""

• Design, develop and build applications that leverage cloud services along with AI models

• Identify and research relevant cloud services based on use-cases

• Research and build AI technologies, including cloud managed AI/ML services, generative AI services, and open-source trends, and help implement them in the BMS Cloud ecosystem"

• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of cloud infrastructure and applications by implementing best practices, monitoring tools, and automated testing"

• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile development processes to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code"

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, applications, and data pipelines

• Build APIs, and data meshes to make datasets available internally for analytics"teams.

• Partner with various application and data teams to understand their requirements and system which will help to build effective solutions.

• Create and maintain"documentation of solutions built."

• Identify and leverage existing solutions and platforms when needed to avoid duplication.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members"

Qualifications & Experience"

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in development, with a focus on development, cloud computing and data engineering

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or Azure) and services, including compute, storage, networking, and security

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Node.js

• Experience with ingestion frameworks such as Apache Spark/Kafka and platforms such as AWS Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, and EMR.

• Knowledge of cloud architecture patterns, best practices, and security principles

• Experience leading initiatives related to continuous improvement or implementation of new technologies. Works independently on most deliverables"
