Accenture App/Cloud Support Specialist in Raleigh, North Carolina

App/Cloud Support Specialist (Accenture LLP; Raleigh, NC): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of App/Cloud Support Specialist in Raleigh, NC, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Assist software development teams involving complex business processes.

  • Provide solutions for maximum reliability, stability, scalability and supportability of the existing software applications and new tools.

  • Build client relationship and stakeholder management.

  • Work with other client teams to identify and troubleshoot environment integration and data issues.

  • Perform code reviews to ensure best practices are followed as per client standards.

  • Work with onshore and offshore team members.

  • Collaborate with scrum team to scope, estimate, plan and build features that drives our applications forward.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Analyzing mainframe programs using Becubic or Rumba;

  • Performing Automation and scripting for Windows Operating systems utilizing PowerShell and JSON;

  • Configuring application or platform monitoring through DataDog;

  • Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform reporting for service ticket management;

  • Performing administration support for server including Web App, SQL database or Boomi servers;

  • Utilizing Agile Framework using Jira and Confluence; and

  • Administering web server applications and conducting changes in load balancing.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 40% of the time to meet client needs.
