What you’ll do:

The SPT Data Aggregation Associate supports the data entry requirements of the Turn-key Service teams. The associate will report directly to a manager in the Overland Park office, but will be part of a cross-site team that is based in both Overland Park, KS and Raleigh, NC

  • Augment Turn-key Service teams by maintaining and reconciling aggregated accounts on the ByAllAccounts (BAA) platform.

  • Leverage and expertly use all specialized tools and applications available, including; PortfolioCenter, BAA AccountView, BAA Custodial Integrator, BAA Source Extraction, and MS Excel

  • Conduct BAA AccountView setups for clients, including new firm implementations when assigned. Provide ongoing support to advisors and their staff using AccountView. Fulfill client work orders.

  • Appropriately utilize all resources to resolve client issues. Escalate all issues to either BAA support or your manager. Effectively communicate with BAA support and provide all requested information.

  • Follow up with advisors and business partners on all ongoing issues and tickets in a timely manner. Respond to all client inquiries

What you have:

  • Financial services or technical support experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience with accounting a plus.

  • Knowledge of Schwab Performance Technologies desktop software and BAA web products a plus.

  • Ability to self-manage projects/work independently

  • Good troubleshooting, organizational, and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work well with cross-site and cross-departmental teams
